Title: Learner Development - Context, Curricula, Content
Price:
¥1 500
The Kobe Conference was a weekend retreat, bringing together college and university educators to discuss learner development from the perspectives of both students and teachers in light of their past experiences, their current situations and their future goals.
This collection of seven articles is a snapshop, albeit small, of the current state of learner development at the tertiary level here in Japan. The purpose is threefold:to document what happened at the conference, to demonstrate the various types of action research being conducted, and to detail the ongoing progress of learner development in this English language teaching context.
